Here's how we help you:
How It Works
- We get the budget and specifications from you (the buyer). We educate you on your vehicle options based on your budget and specifications.
- We sign 2 agreements with all details.
- Vehicle Purchase Agreement: Agreement stating that we will exclusively search for a vehicle of your choice for 30 days (additional time can be negotiated at the end of the 30 day period).
- Escrow Funds Agreement: Agreement stating the funds will stay in a business escrow account until your vehicle is found. The funds will then be used to purchase your vehicle.
- We get the funds from you.
- We begin the hunt. We look up all of the vehicles with your preferred specs and budget that will run at the auction that week. We email each listing to you for your thoughts on each option.
- Once the options are chosen, if the auction is within the NY/NJ/CT or NC area, we go to the auction to inspect the vehicles in detail BEFORE the vehicle runs through the auction. We use a diagnostic computer to scan the vehicle to ensure there’s no major engine or transmission issues. When possible, we drive the vehicle. We report all findings (good and bad) back to you for your input BEFORE the auction day.
***PLEASE NOTE: If vehicle is outside of NY/NJ/CT or NC area, the auction's Post Sale Inspection will serve as our inspection. Your funds will not be released to purchase the vehicle until AFTER it passes the Post Sale Inspection.***
- Once you give your approval to the options, we bid on the vehicle(s). Once we win the bid for one of the options, the funds are placed on hold and the Post Sale Inspection is ordered and performed (see PSI process below). Once the vehicle passes the inspection, the money is paid and we leave with the vehicle. If there’s any mechanical repairs that need to be done (this isn’t always the case), we have mechanics and shops that we can refer you to. Or we can have it done and reimbursement can be provided when the vehicle is delivered.
- Once the title is received from the auction, we detail the vehicle and personally deliver it, the keys, and all paperwork directly to you.
PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING
TITLES:
Receiving the title from the auction or DMV can take 10-30 business days - possibly less - from the time of purchase. Unfortunately, the timeframe is uncontrollable on our end, but we will keep you informed as soon as the title is shipped to us.
TAXES:
The customer is responsible for paying all tax/tag/title/registration fees of where vehicle will reside. We will provide all paperwork and current title for registration to the customer once we receive the current title. We will mail all paperwork to the customer. Once all paperwork is signed, the customer will then be able to go to their local DMV with all paperwork and payment to register their vehicle.
KEYS:
Some vehicles may only come with ONE key and/or key fob. Unfortunately we have no control over how many keys come with each vehicle. Whatever the auction provides to us, we will provide to you. Acquiring additional keys are the responsibility of the customer.
Post Sale Inspection
Post Sale Inspection: This inspection is performed by the auction's mechanical technicians. They ensure there's no major engine, transmission, electrical, or structural damage to the vehicle (this does NOT include minor repairs such as brakes, cosmetic flaws, etc). Once the vehicle passes the inspection, a 14 day or 200 mile warranty (whichever comes first) is provided for those major components. If any complications arise with those components after the vehicle leaves the auction, the auction provides the funds to repair the vehicle or returns all funds in full (less any shipping costs and PSI fees.). We ensure your funds are protected (Most retail dealerships DO NOT offer this protection or warranty.)

Costs
We take pride in providing an efficient auto brokerage service to all of our customers. Because we are private dealers, it allows us to give personal interest to your auto needs without needing overhead. This allows us to avoid charging unnecessary fees. There's only 3 fees for you to drive away in your vehicle
(Fees can be included in the budget of the vehicle or be paid after purchase of vehicle at customer's request):
- $350 Auction Fee: Paid to the auction to release the vehicle (fee may increase based on vehicles $10k or more)
- $350 Title Reassignment Fee: This fee is paid to the DMV to have title reassigned into the customer’s name.
- $1000 Auction & Brokerage Services Fee: We work hard to ensure that our fee is INCLUDED in the budget you provide for your vehicle. That's right! Our fee is NOT IN ADDITION to your budget. We will find you a great vehicle, at a great price, so that our fee is INCLUDED in your budget!
- Shipping: If the customer agrees for the search of a vehicle to be outside the NY/NJ/CT or NC, shipping will need to be ordered for delivery of vehicle. Shipping costs vary depending on the location and size of the vehicle. Shipping quotes can be provided upon the customer's request.
That's it and the vehicle is yours!
